A clever squirrel evaded a bobcat attack by hiding around a tree.
Carol Morris was watching her back yard in Draper, Utah, USA, on January 26 when a cartoon-like chase began to unfold.
Hilarious footage – viewed more than 2million times – captured the smell squirrel being chased from higher up a tree by a bobcat.
The crafty rodent hid round the trunk from the predator, long enough to lure it towards the bottom of the tree before escaping through the canopy.

Carol said: “We get lots of wildlife around our home because we’re not allowed fences, but this is the first time we’d ever seen anything like this.
